Born in Hilo and raised in Hawai’i, Peter purchased his first home at just 15, using his savings from his paper route. He served in Vietnam and later attended the University of Hawai’i, focusing his studies on real estate. Peter is married to Phyllis Savio, and together they have three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality moments with his family and tending to his garden.
